Change of Plans (Socks XXXIV)

Dad set the purse on the couch and started replacing the strewn contents. Lipstick, a compact, a hairbrush. He picked five pieces of silverware from the floor, holding them in the light of the front window.
"Mom, we have to do something about this."
Libbey was wedged in the bottom of the purse. The wallet now covered her. She was alone.
"I'll return these to the restaurant, and explain to the manager."
"Thanks Dad."
Dad held the Gylegreys out. "What should I do with these?"
"Put them in my purse. I was going to drop them off after lunch, but..."
